MENOKG collects the following types of information.
Information you provide us directly:
Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for a MENOKG account.
Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, sex, age, picture, phone number, address).
User Content (e.g., photos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the MENOKG Service.
Communications between you and MENOKG.
MENOKG acquires, registers, stores, preserves, modifies, discloses, transmits and makes available this information through automatic or non-automatic ways.

1.3. Sharing of your information
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Motus, the group of companies of which Motus is a part, or the affiliated companies of Motus without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.
1.4. The MENOKG member accepts the offering of product and service promotions, advertisements, special offers, advantages, inquiries and other customer satisfaction practices. When becoming a member of the MENOKG, the member agrees to the gathering, of his/her past, present and future personal and shopping information, shopping and/or consumer behaviour information for the aforementioned objectives and agrees to the sharing, the use and the archiving of this information by MOTUS, its affiliates and the group of companies of which Motus is a member.
1.5. Unless the member makes a declaration to the contrary, the member agrees to the gathering, the sharing, the use and the archiving of his data by MOTUS, the affiliate companies of MOTUS or the group of companies of which MOTUS is a member. Unless the member makes a declaration to the contrary, the member agrees to the MOTUS, its affiliate companies and the group of companies in which MOTUS is a party contacting him through the internet, phone, SMS and similar communication channels. The member agrees that he shall not demand any damages (direct or indirect damages, positive or negative damages, material or moral damages) against the MOTUS, its affiliate companies and the group of companies in which MOTUS is a party and that he won’t hold them liable due to the information being gathered, shared, used and archived and due to the aforementioned communication. If the member wishes to modify his preferences for the data sharing, he may communicate this request to the MOTUS customer services call center.
MOTUS shall not share the data of members within the MENOKG service with third persons for commercial purposes and shall not violate the privacy of those data. We shall not share our members’ – natural persons or legal persons – information without their consent. We declare and share your information only with your consent.
All types of content within the activities of MENOKG are for the personal use of the member. Commercial disposal of these contents by the member or a third person is prohibited. Otherwise, the MOTUS has the right to demand all kinds of damages.
The member agrees to be the sole responsible for the violation of all sorts of intellectual property rights within the scope of MENOKG and agrees to compensate all kinds of damages incurred by the MOTUS from the right-holders, the third persons or the professional associations, including the costs and expenses thereof, and agrees that the MOTUS has the right to have recourse to the member in case the MOTUS incurs and/or absorbs any damages in this respect.
2.1. Responding to legal requests and preventing harm
We may store your personal data due to legal obligations, for dispute settlement, or for the implementation of contracts. MOTUS can disclose the personal data of the member in the event of a legal obligation or (a) to act in conformity with legal requirements or to comply with the legal acts notified to the MOTUS; (b) to protect and to defend in good faith the rights and the property of the MOTUS when necessary. We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we believe, in good faith, that the law requires us to do so. We may also access, preserve and share information when we think, in good faith, that it is necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. The information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.
